Personality:
Jules has a phlegmatic temperament. Just as he appears, calm and courteous on the exterior, he is also coordinated. Jules is one that attempts to consider the whole situation before making a decision, though based on empathy for the most part (ex. "Because it is the right thing to do, rather than it is fair."). He enjoys the company of others, as it gives him a chance to keep connected with the world around him. Despite Jules' upstanding facade, which one may easily be led to believe, he does not mind quarrels as long as no serious harm is dealt.

Biography:
The doll awoke from his "sleep" as the weight of life fell upon his chest . Out of sync, yet nostalgic the doll called himself Jules, but could not recollect the least bit of detail as to where he was. Something was amiss. He wandered across the surface of this peculiar land. High and low, he scoured for "it", an idea, that would clear the skies upon his clouded mind. It was precisely when Jules found the districts of La Moralite et L'amour that he could feel a sense of enlightenment from their philosophy of life and decided to stay. Overtime, Jules took up the art of tailoring shoes and now provides his service to the public.

Philosophy of shoemaking:
Jules firmly believes that despite the lack of physical growth a marionette can have, for one to "grow" into a pair of shoes means being wiser and taking on responsibilities. By being a shoemaker, he is given the opportunity to assist on each marionette's journey into the world.

Opinion of The Creator: "Our beloved Creator has given us life and with it, our individual gifts. Sent off into our own worlds, we are given free will unlike the Creator herself. Despite being apart (from her), our tribute is a sign of respect and harmony amongst ourselves."

Personal Hypothesis:
Just as good exists, evil must also exist in comparison. Without hate, there exists no love. Without dark, there exists no light. Marionettes are fragments of our dear Creator's most true and honest emotions. Our presence is created on the balance of such feelings and our duty is to not hold grudge, but to forgive through attempted righteousness.
